ISLAMABAD (NNN-KUNA) -- Twelve NATO soldiers were killed when their helicopter crashed in Afghanistan on Friday, said the allied forces in a statement.
Twelve International Security Assistance Force "(ISAF) service members died following a helicopter crash in Kabul province Friday," said ISAF in a statement.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, however initial reporting indicates there was no enemy activity in the area at the time of the crash, the statement added.
The nationalities of the victims were not immediately identified. -- NNN-KUNA
