NEW DELHI (PIB) --- A friendly cricket match series between the Indian Air Force and Afghanistan Air Force teams is being held under the aegis of the Air Force Sports Control Board. The teams will be playing two one day matches and one T-20 match.

The cricket match series was declared open by Air Marshal Naresh Verma, Director General (Works and Ceremonials) during the opening ceremony held at the Air Force Sports Complex, Palam, New Delhi.

The Indian Air Force won the first match by 210 runs, Sergeant Satish Upadhayay was declared man of the match for his outstanding performance by batting and balling score 68 run not out and took 3 wicket.
