KOLKATA (NNN-Bernama): Emami, one of India's leading personal and healthcare brands, will open two manufacturing plants in Egypt and Bangladesh this year.
Emami Group chief executive officer (finance, strategy and business development) N. H. Bhansali said the plants will produce personal and healthcare products, Xinhua news agency quoted local media reports.
Both plants will be operational from this fiscal year.
The Kolkata-based company expects decent growth in its international business in 2012-13.
"We expect our international business to grow by 20 to 25 percent in this financial year," Bhansali said. -NNN- BERNAMA
