NEW DELHI (NNN-IBNS) -- The All India Football Federation (AIFF) on Friday announced that India's UK tour been postponed due to London riots, where two Pakistanis were killed.
"We have been informed by Touchskysports, the Organisers of Clash of the Titans India Pakistan UK Tour that the matches have to be postponed on account of the fact that two Pakistani boys were killed during the Birmingham riots and as the matches were being dedicated to their families it cannot be held till the mourning period of 40 days is over," said an AIFF statement.
"The AIFF is speaking to the Pakistan Football Federation regarding this development. A decision in this regard will be taken shortly," it said. -- NNN-IBNS
