NEW DELHI (PIB) --- Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh has congratulated Indian shooter Vijay Kumar on his winning the Olympic silver medal. In a message to the shooter, Dr. Singh said that, “I join the nation in congratulating shooter Vijay Kumar for winning the Olympic silver medal in the 25 metre rapid fire pistol event”.
